It's been over a month since I bought my BH-503 unit from Mr. Padilla and I have been very satisfied with my own unit. You will not go wrong with Mr. Padilla. Why? His aftersales service is outstanding! If you look back at my previous posted feedback, I mentioned that I bought two units. The second unit is actually my gift to a friend during the holidays.

(Now, let me remind everyone that Mr. Padilla and I tested this unit when we met up back in December.)

When my friend received the unit from me last January 1st, I taught him how it would work with his HTC Wildfire S. We tested all the buttons, the pairing and the sound quality. Everything was perfect. The very next day, I was told that the "volume down" button didn't work anymore for him. It was a surprise for me to receive that kind of feedback since that never happened to my unit. When I met up with him, I tested the unit myself with my Nokia N8 and the button also didn't work for me.

That was the time I texted Mr. Padilla about the technical issue and reached out for his help. I gave him my detailed account on what happened to that unit and he glady arranged a meet-up the following day so that he can also take a look at the problem. When we met up, we talked about the problem and that was indeed a rare incident that he and I have encountered. Let me reiterate, Mr. Padilla and I tested the unit back in December AND my friend and I tested the unit again on January 1st - and it worked perfectly.

Given the situation, Mr. Padilla was kind to replace the faulty unit with a new one. I was happy (again) with my aftersales transaction with Mr. Padilla. Not only was I a satisfied customer of his, but definitely a loyal suki of his already. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase more units from him when my friends ask me to.
